Cocoa beans originate from the field and foreign bodies are often found within cocoa bean shipments. We make food safety our highest priority and through our food safety programs, ensure our products are safe. We have initiated a food safety program, founded on the ISO 9001, AIB and BRC certification, which includes an extensive HACCP system.
Similarly, in our production areas we have strict guidelines on hygiene. Our products are extensively analysed on physical and chemical characteristics, and microbiological quality. We have installed highly sensitive metal detectors, and the strongest available magnets prior to the packaging lines.
